Consumer Redressal

I have placed an order on 6th of May 2013 with full payment. As per the company policy stated on the website, the order must be delivered within at Max 7 working days. I haven’t received the order till date June 6th 2013, it’s more than a month now. The company is also not taking care of it. I called many a times but it was always the same answer (we are looking into it). I bought it as a gift for my father, expecting it to be delivered in maximum 7 days. The value is already lost. It’s highly erecting now. Please make sure that company is panelized for such irresponsible behavior and my product gets delivered as soon as possible.
