Respected Sir/Madame,
I have made an online purchase from 99tshirts.com a customized t-shirt with a price of INR551
They delivered the material, but when checking the AWB No they provided with, showing the material in STOPPED at New Delhi for missing of Papers from them. When I contacted the 99tshirts.com they said it will be ok, but then when I called back for status, the phone is switched off, or Busy everytime.
I have paid through online DEBIT CARD - VISA mode which was successful payment of INR551 and the Bank Reference was CCACG1EPU382 which was on 25th July 2015.
The Shipped courier was FedEx and the AWB No was. 781058990674.
PLEASE HELP ME.....
