On [20th june 2015], I bought [Priyanka Chopra Net Zari Work Blue & Golden Bollywood Style Saree - 1012] from you for rs.[1327 ] however when [Priyanka Chopra Net Zari Work Blue & Golden Bollywood Style Saree - 1012] was received on [28th june 2015] I discovered that it was not good in the following way:[i was not unhappy with this product]. The condition of the item was your responsibility up to the point I received it and accordingly I am entitled to [1327 rs.refund amount of urgent basis] . I would request that you confirm in the next 3 days that you will provide this remedy and that you will cover the cost of the item being returned to you. i was regularly call on your customer care office 01206151800 and mr.vinod(team co-ordinator)assist with commit to me last saturday 25th july 2015 after 48 hours refund my amount.please help me
