I have purchased AC having details Videocon A/C-VS3P3.WE1(O) from Local retailer M/S Snehanjali Retail Pvt. Ltd. at Kalyan on Dt.24/4/13 for Rs. 18800/- but it is not working at all since from installation as the unit is faulty. I have approached many times to retailer as well as Videocon service center for want of faulty unit replacement but till today nothing is done which put me in mental and physical agony. Please help me to solve my complaint.
