Dear Concern, Subject - Non refund of money by service provider as promised. Dear Sir, on cancellation of contract between the complainant(me) and the service provider(lilam enterprises - vimal niwas, room no - 104/837, tikona maidan, motilalnagar no 1, goregaon west, Mumbai, Phn - 9223320206), the service provider has not refunded the money as promised vide his email dated 6 Nov - 2014 (email from - kamal prajapati). all supporting documents like, payment receipt, refund confirmation e-mail as promised by kamal prajapati etc.we will be provided as and when required. you are requested to take necessary action.
