Consumer Redressal

I had purchased online TV through SNAPDEAL AOC LE23A6730 23 Inches F.. (Order No. 2523184385)!. I requested a repair of my AOC 3D TV 23" on 18th June 2015. It was supposed to be a 3 day response from your their end. Then, their team said the TV cannot be repaired so they offered either a replace or refund. Since they did not have any 3DTV in offer and I did not want any HDTV, they suggested the refund as the my TV was still in warranty. The offer of refund was made verbally. Every time i contact them, they give us 2-3 days response. Its now almost 45 days and my issue is still not resolved.I had contacted the Representative of AOC Company Mr.Manjunath chikkud" <c.manjunath@aoc.com>,& Sales Tema"Sales-Active" <sales@activeinfotech.com. We request you to kindly help us in resolving the issue at earliest.
