Complaint related to rate, quantity of Food items in a Hotel. Name & Address of Party - JPS Residency, opp plot no- 446E, sector - 8, IMT Manesar (GGN) Complaint:- 1. I order one Chicken Tandoori but they serve half quantity, when I asked them they serve but charged price of two. 2. Quantity of food not mentioned in the Menu and serve half quantity as generally served by others. 3. On the Printed MRP(inclusive of all taxes) of packed Real Juice they Charged MRP plus VAT and Service Tax and Service Charge also. 4. As per their price list Rate of Mineral water Bottle is Rs 35 but they charged Rs 40.
