Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, This complaint is reg. new LPG connection that I am trying last four months for new connection. The Distributor is asking for Rs. 7000/ when I asked hime why this much amount he replied you need to take all the material provided by him, but said I need only LPG bottel, pipe & regulation etc. he denied to ginve a new connection. I called in Indane cudtomer care no. and registerd a complaint on 16 june 2015, & complaint No. is 2191487. and follwoing them from the time i have registerd the complaint but all the time they answered server donw nothing has been rectified. here I request you to please have a look this matter seriously & do to nedee action.
