We have placed an order for 50 nos water barriers to Ace Polymers (India) in May 2015 and as per Purchase Order Ace Polymers were to deliver our goods by 11th June 2015 after their 50% payments as per PO terms.
But its been more than 1.5 months, we have not received our product. They don't pick calls (Mr. Amit, Vijay Jasuja and Mr. Dharmendra) or call back. Each they (when called from different nos) give different excuses and promise to deliver the goods within a week but nothing happens.
Pls help...
