Consumer Redressal

I have purchased a smart phone named Google Nexus 6 (Rs:-33500/-)from flipkart dated on 26/06/2015.But after using few days I had have some inconveniences regarding its network connectivity and flipkart had replaced it with a new one on 7th July 2015.Now what I am facing in new one is that the battery is draining out very fast even without any proper uses after fully charged.i have contacted with customer care representative raising this issue and he has told me that the money can not be refunded and the mobile can not be replaced until or unless I do have the confirmation from service centre whereas flipkart policy says that the defective hand set can be replaced within thirty days from its delivery date.
