I have a aircel prepaid connection onmy mobile. Two days back i recharged with Rs.300/- and today i.e. 31.07.2015 the taped reply i am getting - insuffient fund. I have not made any std nor isd. I have not even downloaded any applications also. I had only made few local calls. This has happened many a times and also with my collegues. The people sitting at call centres are unable to reply for my loss.
I want my money back from the company. Kindly help me.
