Consumer Redressal

I had purchased an intex aqua power plus mobile with purchase ID-16295050 and sub order ID-25750672 on 01 july 2015 and billing adress was Hotel Vrindavan ,hindorana chokdi,jafarabad road rajula (gujarat)-365560 dist-amreli and Till 15.07.15 product was not delivered to that address, after comunicated to customer care through email and over phone many times, still product not received. Then i cancel the product on 18.07.15 but from that date to till now they not refunded me the money and whenever i call them they say that product not received to their ware house and refund will be processed after receiving of product only, I has been 13 day pass after cancellation and 31 day from the date of purchasing.
