Consumer Redressal

Hi, I have received last update from consumer forum that whaaky send a message regarding my complain in which they asked me to send the snap shots for received order (S80868326) within 48 hours .I have send snap shots for received order and for which was showing on whaaky website both on the whaaky support email address as they mentioned within the time frame . But they did not respond anything as of now they mentioned they will respond within 24 hours but its being more than 48 hours . I am attaching both snap shots on consumer forum site for your review. Please ask them to refund my money...
