Consumer Redressal

Hello, I have a hdfc credit card number# 43630301 11728168. My payment was due from couple of months due to financial issues. The collection department has debited my whole amount in my savings account ie Rs77040. I don\'t have a single penny left in my account. I requested them to cut minimum due amount or more than that 20000rs but atleast credit back rest of 57000rs. I have not paid any of my bills for the month (rent, food etc). i didnt sign to any such terms and condition which allows them to touch my savings account. I kindly request to look into it urgently.
