Consumer Redressal

Hi, My self Chaitanya MOB NO:9320406831 (postpaid-Reliance CDMA) Complaint with -Reliance communications CDMA.I got bill of 35979rs from reliance communications for data usage and amount is deducted from my bank account due to ECS was activated. I am struggled for last one month to correct same because this was system fault. I raised 9 complaints with customer care they closed this without intimation to me. I send mail to "rcomappellateauthority.mumbai@relianceada.com" with several discussions with them and 10 reminders with mail. Finally they corrected my data plan and my refund they mentioned my refund amount is 34840rs. But even many mail they didn't refunded my amount in bank. They are saying that they don't have any process to refund amount in bank. Amount will be adjusted in next subsequent bills. They are just playing football with me .. On call they are telling visit retail store. I visited retail store they are saying this is billing issue call to customer care. Pls suggest.
