Consumer Redressal

Complaint is towards stopping of outgoing call on my mobile connection, service provider - M/S Vodafone. Usage for the month of May'15 have got the bill with charge of Rs.1499.44 only towards roaming charges for mobile internet & total bill value amounts to Rs.3861.69 due date was 9th July'15. Have raised the concern regarding wrongly bill via e-mail that amount charged for mobile internet, & have withheld the payment of Rs.1499.44 & paid the balance amount. Have got the reply from Vodafone that the charges levied are correct & reversal is not possible. thereafter Vodafone company have suddenly stopped my outgoing call completely & while speaking with the vodafone customer care from other number have been asked to pay the due for restoration of service. I am using this number of hutch/Vodafone for more than 10 years & such act is not accepted. Need your support in getting the bill corrected, have logical reasoning & punishment of stopping my outgoing call. Rgds, Chandan.S
