Consumer Redressal

I have ordered product 'New Kids Folding Cycle - TOY_068' with order number 'AB3716874' from 'AskmeBazaar.com' on 23rd June 2015 via credit card, i got product on 8th July 2015, but courier guy asked for COD so i called up customer care & they said that due to technical problem payment is not showing successfull in their system, however records show that credit card payment was successfull, they have taken a request to initiate refund of online payment & said amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days, but i have not got the same, then again i have called up customer care to check complaint status, again they said amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days, till date i have not received any refund. Today i got a message of returning the product which i haven't asked. Again i called up customer care, this time they said that they have initiated request for refundng both payment i.e. online payment & COD & given me again 7-10 working days for refund. Please do the needful.
