I have a Vodafone voice connection no. 9836805566. Due to their system problem they raised in ordinate bill amount in June 2015 bill. This there appellate office has accepted but issu still remains unresolved. I'm actually following up the issue with them through their store since 13 May 2015 and today it has simply turned into a harassment as their system has restricted my outgoing calls without any information to me. I've paid the legitimate bill amounts well within the bill due dates.
I would request your good office to help me to resolve the issue.
