Sir, this is regard to a parcel sent from bangalore to ahmedabad through Track On couriers. The parcel consisted of books, pens, and tshirt, in total worth Rs. 2200. The company sent the parcel to Hyderabad, stating that it got misplaced. Keeping calm for a month as said by them, I have lost my cool now. It consisted books for my brother. Sir, I myself here am on a budget and due to negligence and ignorance of a company, why shall I suffer. My brother who is 13 is keenly waiting for the parcel. It demotivates me that I can't carry out a simple task such as sending required books as needed by my brother back home. The company refuses to refund the amount. I have to again spend the same amount on the parcel to send the books. Sir, I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out with the same.
