I have purchased one seagate 2TB HDD with Rs.6318 (55% discount)from online shopping site Shopclues. My order no. is 61372019. Actual MRP of the product is 13990. But I received the 2TB HDD with MRP mentioned is 10670.
I made a refund request either replace the same with correct item or refund me balance price. But they rejected my refund request.
This is my request to take a legal action against Shopclues. Your help will be appreciated by all Citizens in India. Thanks
