Dear Sir, Myself Sandip Pajai, I had purchase mobile T-21 from Madhuram Infotech, Bhopal on dated 12.04.2014. My mobile got faulty and I had submitted it to authorized service center at Raipur, on dated 13.02.2015 but o 2nd June they Issue me DOA for new mobile after submitting repairing charge e.i. Rs. 5700.00. I went earlier to the shop to replacing mobile at Bhopal. But the shopkeeper and dealer avoid me to replace it. In contact Panasonic executive by help line no. he give me no. of Mr. Shyam Jee (Mob. No. 09977420101). But he was also avoid me again is compile to Panasonic executive (07.07.2015) he assured me to resolve my problem. But after calling 13.07.2015 it is known that they are also unable. I mail to Panasonic hole history (Thu, 16 Jul 2015 10:22:50 IST) but no reply from them. Sir, please help me for replace my mobile.
