We ordered an Apple i Pad Air 2 64GB WiFi (Item no.141684724343) through ebay on 27 June 2015 for Rs.37,100. Since we did not receive the product at the expected date of delivery (10th July), we waited till the last grace date of 5 days and we sent an email on 15th july to ebay informing that we did not receive the product and had to initiate the refund on the last date. Since that day, multiple calls to ebay, seller and DTDC courier port blair branch through which the product was supposed to have been delivered failed to give any satisfactory reply and our refund also has been kept on hold. Our seller was mentioned as shabbeerhf1 (Mohammed Rafi - 09884601006) and DTDC airway bill number is V22756911. 28 days after my order, we have not still got either the product or the refund.
