I recharge for Rs. 55/- on my videcon no. 9068210325. It was for 1 GB data but i received only 500 MB only.
Despite of my several reminders to 198 complaint no. no data received.
Now the are not picking my phone perhaps they put my no. in blacklisted.
what to do. My No. 9068210325.
Now just i received a call fro Vhelp executive mobile no. 7549182347 he asked it will be credited only if i update this number for SMS banking.
Now i am going with consumer form, Paheredaronline.
very bad responce by videocon customer care.
