Dear Sir,
6 weeks ago i ported my prepaid AIRTEL no. 9717023117 into IDEA Postpaid no. Postpaid offer was given by IDEA executive Mr. Mandeep Singh whose no. is 9718444752. He provide plan of Rs. 199 only per month.
but when i got my first bill on 15/06/2015 (bill no. 0234079622) i found some extra features charges on my bill but i didn't requested any extra service except my Rs. 199 Plan. when i contact with Idea customer care making a complaint about that problem in my bill, he say extra added service pack (3G rate cutter) will be deactivated soon. Then i pay the Bill amount of Rs. 128 after deducting extra charges added in my bill.
But when i got my 2nd bill. (bill no. 0239539569 15/07/2015).
I found more extra charge added 3G Internet service Rs.285 against my bill & previous also added. I contact again to deactivate and refund the extra amount added in my bill, but my problem is not solved from Idea. I am unhappy with this type of reaction from their side.
Please help me.
