Consumer Redressal

I purchased the "INDER KAVACH" from Shree Barkha Dham Trust, 100 Feet Road, Shyam Colony, Ballabhgarh, Haryana-121004 headed by Rashtrya Sant Radhe-2 Bapu ji Maharaj (Phone No. 01294210000 & 9582719028) on 17-12-2014 for my son who is ailing for the last 26 years for Rs.3100/- having weight 200 grams through courier No.0991L1191302. It was announced by Radhe-Radhe Maharaj in live Programme on various TV channels like Sadhna, Shradha etc. that the Inder kavach is ment for recovering from any disease & correcting mangal dosh, kalsarpa dosha, marriage problem, Rahu Ketu dosha & brain related problems , visa , jobs etc. In case "Inder Kavach" does not work to anyone problem within 5-6 months then the same can be returned to the Trust by Speed post or Registered post. After receiving the Inder kavach by the trust the payment of Rs. 3100/- will be refunded to the consumer. In present scenario the show of the Radhe-2 Guru ji are relaying on Sadhna TV channel. The enquiring authority
