Dear sir
I and my brother booked room at kalyan w in chawl one bhk two room in may 2012 I have also paid 50% amount as per builder guidlinse. but steel he is not giving me roam possion and also showing new consuctrion on his site. I am tired. When i am demanding my money back he asking take 20 days post dated cheque about 50000/- and which will be bounce in future.
Kindly, help me to move from this situation.
