Sir, I purchase Panasonic smart moobile T 40 in Month of May 15. On 05 Jun 15 I submitted the mobile to Gorakhpur service center vide job card no KJASPUP312615PI3211 and EMI NO356430063641418. I made several effort including area manager to customer service representative of the company to rectify the defect but i have no response. today is 50th days of the complain. The official of the company not responding and making only promises. I facing a sevear problem due to my mobile phone and lost my business reputation. Kindly register a complain and look in to the matter.
