This letter is pertaining to the mental harassment that is faced by me with the poor quality of service by Bsnl Goa.
I have a landline number 2465167 in the Tonca- caranzalem, Goa which has stopped working (dead). The complaint is registered in bsnl complaint cell( miramar telephone exchange) on 15/07/2015 but still no action is done inspite of constant reminders.
Please see that the required action is taken and my problem is solved as earliest as possible. Or i will have to write a letter to the PMO India about the sorry state oF affairs.
