I am a Senior Citizen 62Yrs old, have been using Vodafone SIM for almost 15 Years for the above No.9820071754 ,recently in the month of June i had gone on Yatra Paris/Swiss/Munich tour of of 10 days and used my Cell iphone4S only where WIFI was free available,and altogether made local calls 5/6 ,when i returned back to India to my knowlede the bill came for 13500 which was really shocking,hence made complain to Vodafone by email ,instead getting any help they were so rude they started sending messages to pay the bill urgently,i managed to pay 10000 but even though they started disturbing my line,by every call i have to liston 5mins recorded message!can anyone help to solve the problem? thanks
