my Tata Docomo mobile number is 8981242563, they have disconnected my number more than a month ago due to document verification failure, and when I complained about it, they said that my number is permanently blocked and I have to change is to postpaid(since my number is prepaid), I have No reason to change is to postpaid. I submitted my necessary documents and returned. its been about a month, my number is not been unblocked yet. And i am being forced to change it to postpaid, I am facing seriously difficulty because of this. This is my very old number and it is also synced to my bank account, I am unable to do any online transaction. please register my complaint agains thetm.
