Consumer Redressal

I purchased two from snap deal which was a damaged piece. i was asked to send email with the attachment of the photo copy of that product, i sent email with proper proof but no one responding to that mail. i called several time where they are telling you will receive a call back soon but no one calling and they are not transferring to the manager or supervisor. i am sure that snap deal is scam company. As a customer i want show the power of the customer. i like to file a legal action against that company. we should close that company. because my product RS400 but i think if people gonna order for more RS10000. we should save other from these scammers. Kindly post this review against the snap deal and help me to get the my money
