I have received by Bill for the Month and the billing amount Shows Rs.6909/- Which includes Services charges of Internet usage at Rs. 4245 + Service Taxes (Rs.4840).
When as on date my MB left was approx. 3 MB how can VODAFONE CHARGE INTERNET CHARGES.
Due to This My Services have been barred For outgoing Calls and Internet usage.
The barring of services is leading me to a problem in dealing with my Clients and Other office Works. I Have lost two of my clients because I have not been able to check their mail and revert on time. This problem has started from 11th of July and till now have not been permanently solved. I have visited Vodafone Alipore Stores 3 times in the last week and also have registered a complaint with them . But I have not received any satisfying solution.
I feel Till Now I have already incurred a LOSS of RS. 3 lakhs in terms of my GOODWILL and LOSS of BUSINESS.
You executive are not able to give a permanent solution.
