Consumer Redressal

I was bought Micromax Canvas Knight Cameo product on 28th June and i find-out issue with product so placed return request on 7th July 2015 on same day return was approved. I was requested collect return product multiple times through calls and mails. i was made calls to customer care 5 times, you have given 72 hrs . 48 hrs , 24 hrs times and as well 15 days also waited. Sent mails 3 times till the time no response , Paytm Customer care persons mentioned this issue was escalated 3 times , still no action has taken from your side. Today i have received message that Person not available in address and could not reach to customer ,so return rejected . I have not received single call from your side. and my wife always be at home from past 15 days. I was put my concerns from past 5 calls and mails to paytm No action has been driven from paytm side as well cheating customer with false promise and rejecting product return at last.and money also not return for same.
