Consumer Redressal

Sir last 45 days we are all suffering from drainage problem,soiled water is block in my house where we do all our household work such as cooking ,washing cloths, bathing, etc.All aged persons are residing ,many times they slipped and felt but luckly got safe,these drainage water is mixing with our underground reservior which we use for bathing and religious act. Repeatedly we complain to KMC (Mr Amzad Hossain Incharge),but they do not bother to listern.Their only reply is the whole area has drainage problem they are going to resolve after monsoon.Sir we are suffering from last one 45 days.Please help.
