Consumer Redressal

I have a complaint for this company http://byatesdesigns.com/. He provided me full website work. When i ask for advance payment he did not pay anything and wanted me to complete full website. he rejected and promised to give me upon work completion. I made full website without single payment also did lot of changes as per his request & he did like the website as well. I sepnt my 40 days behind his website work and finally when day came for payment , Mr. Brandon yates kept me promising that i will pay i dont have money, I requested him for many a times and finally he told me date of payment but on that date he did not pay. After that day i kept posting them mails on gmail. More over after a week or two I asked him to pay for work , when i ask him for payment he behaved me in roudly manner and deleted me from his account. Name of company\'s CEO Mr. Brandon Yates.
