This is very bad experience on askmebazaar. i m doing regular online shopping from various sites. but this is wrest experience ever. i have ordered on 10/07/2015 my reg. mob no is 8286682326. but till date i have not received my product. on 10 th day of order. i have inquiring Ref no. QRC35427498. on 18/07/15 about delivery. Reply = sir you will get your produced on or befor 20/07/2015 that is 10 th day. On 20/07/2015 in morning i called Reply = sir wait till 5pm. At 7pm i called same story. reg my complain ref no. QRC35712618 Reply = sir you have to wait for next 7 days..... out team will reply.. What the hell ... this is your service.. their is No senior person in office to resolve problem in pune call-center.How u tell on your site about 24x7 costumer support. solve my issue on urgent basis ... nitin soni mob - 8286682326.
