On 24.06.2015 I book an order for the product Amaze set of Wonderchef rurees 2999/- from Food-food tv.The order no is SO/OPO/1516/2406139. the order delivered on 4.07.2015 on the respective address. While I open the well-packed parcel I am surprised to see that the defective products. The major defects of the products are... 1. One clip of the Tawa already broken. 2. The handle is not locked prroperly in the Fry pan.
From 6.07.2015 I contact to the customer care but they are not ready to replace it at first.I mail them with the documents they needed.After that I regularly call them to know my status of the complain.After a long time on 11th july I got a mail from them with the assurance to replace the product within 2 or 3 days.But till now I am not getting any progress from them for the replacement.
Please help me...
