Consumer Redressal

Respected dear, due to transferable govt. job I'm staying along at Siliguri, West Bengal and my families are staying at my hometown at Burdwan, West Bengal as my son & daughter are studying at hometown. Naturally, we have got two separate connections, i.e. one is in my name at Siliguri address (Dipak Kumar Gupta - Consumer No.- 80664, Saptashikha Indane, Siliguri.) and another is in my wife's name at Hometown address (Poly Gupta - Consumer No. 23921, Gobind Gas Power Co. Burdwan, West Bengal). Unfortunately, I have used same A/c No. - 537802010000449, Union Bank of India. for the both LPG connection as my A/c No. was a joint account. Few months subsidy was being credited into our account. In the last month onwards, no booking is accepted in our both consumers. After query, it is found that our both the consumers are blocked / suspended. No distributor or dealer can say what is the procedure for releasing or withdraw the suspension.
