I had purchased two "Wonderchef Essenza Italiana Pressure Cooker" from online, order details are as below; 1. Homeshop18.com order number:948127895 order date:Thursday, July 3, 2014 2. snapdeal.com order number:2302242781 order date:Thursday, June 21, 2014 The cooker lid was not working for both cookers after some time.While cooking food in cooker, suddenly steam blows out from the ring area and this gets very risky using cooker.I had raised this concern with wonderchef customer care.after some time The cooker lid was replaced. But the new replaced both lid had same problem,steam blows out.I have raised the concern again, but not seeing any positive response. Snapdeal and homeshop18 is not taking responsibility of this product. Requesting your to help in this matter. This product comes with 5 years warranty.
