Sir, I have availed RESQ plan for my AC, after repeated calls and mails my complaint was attended after one month, after that it was informed that u have to once again lodge fresh request, I have done so, but I havent received any follow up. This is not the first time that RESQ is harrasing me, previously in Feb-Mar I have faced similar problem. I have lodged complaint with Jaago Grahak Jaago, but I havent received any response.
