Consumer Redressal

Hi sir, I opened a locker in Allahabad bank Hridaypur Branch Barasat Kolkata. During opening they asked me to open a FD. I confimed whether I can open tax saving FD for that or not. They said, yes I can. I opened 5 years tax saving fd of 70000 Rs. Now after 1 month thay called me and threating me that tax saving FD will not work. If I din't make another FD of 50000, they will close my locker. Where bank has already deducted 1268 as locker charge from my account. I tried many times to make them clear that after taking charges you can not close my locker and it is illegal but still they are misbehaving. Name of the person called me is Ruma Paul. She is asst Manager of that branch. Please suggest what I should do.
