Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I have order I watch from ask me bazar. They first given the product but that was not working and also given a duplicate product. Again I request them to take return the product and return me back the money or the original product in working condition. But its about one month passed they had not given any confirmation for that. They have taken the product but still now I haven't get the product yet. I am following them for one and half month. Please this is last hope of mine. I will be very thankful if you get my money or the product back.
