Consumer Redressal

I have been trying for number portability since 30th june 2015 but could not be able to send message to 1900 on reliance network. it is telling that message can not be send. i am totally disappointed with Reliance network for last 3-4 months and i want to change my network. i called customer care and asked for providing UPC code for number portability and registered a complaint two times but they have not taken any action against my complain. i sent mail to reliance customer care but they told me to resend message once again and i tried many more times but situation is same , message is not sending on 1900. then i again sent mail to customer care reliance and told them about the situation then they again registered my complaint and told me to solve my problem by 17th july 2015. but they did not solve my problem. kindly requesting you to please resolve my problem and provide me UPC code.
