Dear Sir,
I have purchased a 1.5 Ton split AC from Chorma store located in Sector 29, Gurgaon on 23/06/2015. I had paid the entire amount. But till date i have not received the remote control for operating the Air conditioner. Despite repeated reminders and logging greivances at Chroma Customer care no action has been taken by Chroma.
