I had before Reliance with SIM dongle. In beginning of June 2015, when I went to RCare to reopen the connection, RCare people proposed for Pro3_599_5GBDY5GBNGT with a new wifi Hotspot device which will give speed around 4 mbps.
Now this device is horrible and I can never believe such poor service which is less 15kbps download speed with one device.
I am feeling like cheated as I have continue for three months due to contract with such poor service. Please let me know if you can do something from your end to get out of this.
