Consumer Redressal

This is to inform you that I have ordered a "Power Plus Hand Blender With Mixer" on 18.05.2015 from "Anmol Gifts.Com". My payment has been done & my 'Order Number' is 2311. I have made the payment of Rs.698/- in advance by my 'Credit Card'. I have e-mailed to support@anmolgifts.com & gauravarora@gmail.com and informed about my concern ( non receipt of the product) on June 1st 2015. But unfortunately nobody replied. I have called every alternate day to know the status of my order at their Helpline Number (011-43524035), but nobody received the call. I have also informed Mr.Gaurav Arora about my concern several times over the phone at the no.09891996046. But he continuously misguided me by saying that "provide me your bank account details, I will refund your whole amount as I am unable to send the product as it is defective". I provided him my bank a/c details through SMS on 15th June 2015. Then also I have not received my money. Now when I tried to contact him, he is disconnecting calls
