I have purchased a coffee machine for my coffee shop and its been four months and it is not working due to some technical problem. on my complaint the technician visited and generated my complaint but still it has not been resolved after one week.I am loosing my customers as well as reputation of my coffee shop is being hurt by such a delay in rectifying error by the company.
