Complaint against snapdeal I have requested for the below product but amount got debited from hdfc credit card even the transaction was unsuccessful but neither amount reversed nor I have received my product. I don't need refund I want the product. I want the concrete answer whether you will dispatching my order or not so that I can escalate this further I.e. on social media and consumer forum. Further please make a note that I DONT WANT ANY PHONE CALL from you.
