This is to bring you in your kind attention that my provident fund has not been released as per actuals inspite providing my documents twice as attached .
Please find below the reasons on which my PF was rejected & I provided you all the details for that .
1. PAYMENT NOT DEPOSITED BY EMPLOYER IN 2011-12
Second time again I provide copy of PF return ( 2011-12) as per attached and according to the document please clarify why did my PF not released completely as only amount against form 19 got released & amount against form 10 C not released , Please clarify ( All documents / proof attached as employer already submitted the PF amount with your under my account )
