I worked at SHREYA Life Science 301/A Pereira Hill Road And her I East Mumbai and resigned on 1st July 2014 I have sent my P.F withdrawal form in sept 2014 till date I have not received my PF ammoun also I have come to know that company has not sent my withdrawal form to P.F department even not deposit contribution my A/c No. MH/BAN/00045627/000/0000919.
